This salve is the best of both worlds...treating the itch & helping to prevent bites in both adults & children over 2yrs old.
Please note this salve is not overly powerful so that it is also suitable for children over 2yrs old.
Calendula & chamomile have soothing properties & known to relieve symptoms of discomfort from bug bites & stings.
Lemon Eucalyptus is considered to have analgesic, antiseptic, antiviral & antibacterial properties. Both easing discomfort from bites & repelling bugs such as ticks & mosquitos.
Citronella is known for its powerful insect repelling & anti-fungal properties.
Clove oil is known to be effective treatment for insect bites & stings.
Cedarwood is known for its insect repelling & anti-fungal properties.
Beeswax contains anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial & anti-microbial properties.
These help to calm the skin, keep it clear, clean & bacteria free.
Store salve in a cool, dark place & away from direct sunlight.
If during the warmer summer days, your salve is looking too soft, please place it in the fridge for 1-2hrs to harden up & remove from fridge.
Please do a patch test for any known allergies & discontinue use if any irratation occurs.
Avoid contact with eyes.
